Called in my pickup order for a large supreme calzone with extra cheese. When I arrived to pickup my order, they said they had a cheese calzone,but not a supreme with extra cheese. The guy admitted it was his error and he proposed to expedite my order if I would wait. I waited and it took around 10 minutes. I offered to buy the cheese calzone but not at full price.
