The frozen yogurt there is very good and have a good range of toppings, but I went in with my service dog and was stared at by this one staff the whole time. She would go out of her way to continue staring at me and accused me of putting my hands in the topping to give to my dog. Very unprofessional and made me insanely uncomfortable.

It's always a pleasure to pop into my favorite froyo spot! It's never too crowded, the treats are top notch and the options are endless! Of course it costs way more than buying ice cream from the store but if you wanna treat yourself there is no better choice! The staff is always cool and the atmosphere is family- friendly.

For starters its expensive for what you get. Was expecting frozen yogurt but what we got was sorbet, and at .64 cents an oz it costed us $10 per person... could have bought 3 gal from the grocery store at that cost. The store atmosphere was fine, nothing to write home about and multiple machines were out of order... maybe the frozen yogurt everyone writes about. This will be the last time going here as it's just not that good.

This frozen yogurt is a great option for a quick fix if your in Helena or close by. The employees that work there all seem to have really good manners and great customer service.We've gone in here many times over the years and are rarely ever disappointed.Thanks Top it Off.

Great Customer Service! They are often understaffed but they are always quick to say hello and make sure you know they are there to help. You might find a dirty table now and again when a rush comes through but this place is very clean!! I can't even imagine what prompted the bad customer service unless someone was eating their yogurt before it was weighed but even then they will remind that signs are posted and it's just not allowed. This is because there is no flat fee for the yogurt and toppings... its weighed. People who eat their yogurt before it's paid for are literally stealing. 🤔 I drive from Birmingham because of the Customer Service and they have the best Acia Bowls around! yummmm
