Extremely rude employees!!!!!! our order Tuesday was messed up. We spoke to a manager and he took name and number and said they would replace . went through today and the rude employee said she couldn't replace it because her manager told her not to. I will absolutely avoid this restaurant from now on.
We’ve been going to the Jacks in Henagar for about 5 years now. I’m not one to complain mostly because I worked in a restaurant for several years and understand that sometimes things don’t go smoothly and I always try to sympathize with restaurant workers. However, over the last year it’s been going downhill. They don’t keep it clean.. the food is wrong more times than not. The workers don’t care at all if they have people waiting.
