I ordered two cheese burger meal, and my wife ordered the chicken finger meal. My fries were cold and soggy. My wife's chicken fingers were small and dry. I have had Jack's breakfast a lot, and it is far better the dinner meal.

This Jack's is hit or miss... usually miss.Today, a woman that helped in front, and then in back with the food, kept touching and rubbing her mouth and nose. Never washed her hands, even when she went to the back to work with food. The boy that worked the drive thru kept running his fingers through his hair and never washed his hands.

Last few visits haven't been, very good. I return in hopes it will improve, since this at one time was a very good establishment. Food could be better, and place could overall be cleaner.Also I'm not sure what was up with the employee outside while I returned to my vehicle, who hysterically laughed at me. ?
