Atmosphere: The Boba Tea shop in Homewood is located in the corner of Hometown Supermarket, past the registers. Service: The server was friendly, and our boba came out very quickly. Food: We ordered an Oolong Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba. The sweetness level unfortunately can't be adjusted because the milk tea is premade. Our drink was very sweet, but we liked how much the oolong flavor came through! Overall: For a quick fix, the Boba Tea stand in Hometown might satisfy a craving, but for its price (~$6.50 for a super basic drink), the quality could be a lot better. The lack of ability to customize your drink also warrants a 3 star rating.

Here is why I rate them so high: First when I walked up to the area where they are serving it, I wait because of a customer they are talking to. While I wait, the lady infront of me has ALREADY ORDERED and I only have to wait about 1 second! As I start to walk up to one of the employees, he complements my shirt and immediately gets my order. He even adds "Take the time if you need it," and faces a little menu infrastructure of me on the counter. After ordering, he helps me with the cashier machine, and I obviously tip for how good my experience had been so far. I wait for about a minute until he signals me over to get my order. In all, I am definitely going again, and as an added bonus, the TEA was amazing with so many options and combinations to choose from. [Even ones that are not Boba]Kid-friendliness: I could see them being very kind to younger people!

Great little spot tucked inside of the Asian store. The teas were very good and we received them quickly on a busy Saturday. The only negative for us is that we couldn't customize our drinks as far as sweetness level.

I ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee with less ice and this is what they gave me, a cup that was half filled. Will never go back!

I used to go here regularly, but the last few times they have either not had boba, could not make smoothies, or have run out of typical flavors. Not sure what deal is, but disappointed given that it is otherwise very convenient location with the Asian market.

their really nice workers there and my mom got frustrated once with one of the girls bc her card wasn’t working and i felt so bad like she got upset and couldn’t make the drinks or anything like that upset me so bad cause she was so sweet and understanding and the drinks are absolutely amazing and they definitely have good customer service!!

So glad there is a good boba place in Homewood!! Their brown sugar milk tea is delicious!! I hope they have honey bobas in stock next time!! Also, the boba shop is located in Hometown Supermarket next to the cash registers in the corner.
