Great coffee and ambience. How sweet was this worker to offer my kids stickers?? We will definitely be back. The watermelon lemonade was devine. Super clean (even the restrooms!)

Closed for a private event on a Sunday with no updated hours. We watched at least 10 people in 5 min try to get in. Sad because we drive 20 min after seeing them online
I just recently found this gem of a spot. I thoroughly enjoyed my blueberry vanilla iced coffee! I’ll be back soon for another one.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for no one to come to the window. I also tried calling to see if the drive-thru was closed and if I needed to come in. No one answered. This is why small businesses are going to end up shutting down because they can’t pay for people to actually work.

Cozy coffee shop in the heart of Homewood. Excellent customer service and atmosphere.
Nowhere to park so if you don’t live within walking distance hang it up.
I ordered a Matcha Latte…matcha was stale and the latte tasted like sushi because of that. It’s not supposed to taste that way.
Both of those things said a tip screen was still shown to me at the point of sale. No thanks.

I never really write reviews but I wanted to share my experience.
My husband and I go to caveat often for the good coffee but the staff is always incredibly unwelcoming and rude. This really tall brunette has served me a few times and she hardly looks me in the eye when I order, let alone even crack a smile. The girls working always gave off an “I’m wasting my time on you” attitude.
HOWEVER, the new girl, Holly (I think), is wonderful! We’ve had her a few times in the drive thru and she’s so so sweet and talkative. She even gave my daughter a fun sticker and started up a conversation with her (she’s five and loves the attention). Holly is incredible and I just wanted to give her a shoutout. She’s made my visits to caveat more enjoyable.

The staff was consistently rude each time I visited for coffee. I usually don't post reviews, I just don't go to establishments if I'm unsatisfied, but I felt like it was appropriate to mention the poor coffee quality and service lately.

Extremely rude and unprofessional, and only treats white people kindly. I didn't feel comfortable with them and was treated differently. I ordered a cake and they put it in a plastic plate while others had a glass plate
