I wanted Chipotle today so I stopped by this location and the very tall manager who was working the front line at around 4:00 p.m. was very kind and talkative and everything you would want to see in customer service!! The staff was working hard and they were working clean. Thank you guys for all of your hard work 💖

I scheduled a pick up time for 5:30 and they made my food way ahead and it was cold by the time I received it. The food wasn’t great. It tasted like nothing! But I can say the queso sauce was good.

I just want to say to the person that had to deal with this outrageous customer tonight that you handled that whole situation better than must folks. I was in the car watching the whole thing and hearing what that man was saying as I was walking in the store. Sorry that you have to deal with people like that. Thank you, for the great food and for serving me.
And willie If you going to put a complaint put the whole truth, you aren't innocent at all. Threatening employees...
