The girl with the weave had a bad attitude when I was asking for a barbecue Pizza. Those dishes were the worst that I've ever seen in a restaurant. My wife and I collectively have more than 40 years of experience and the residue and crap and junk that was visible and rubbing off the plate would not be acceptable by any standard especially the health department.

Every time I come in here to get an order, I get weird looks and gossip the entire time.
I don't care about your opinion, just give me my food. Also if I placed it over thirty minutes before showing up, why does it still take another thirty minutes to finish? Make it make sense.

Ive ate at almost every pizza place and this one is by far the worst. I would not feed the food here to a dying dog. It’s literally worse than gas station pizza. The website says $7.99 per adult for buffet which would come out to about $16 for two adults but they charged $26 and asked what size drink we wanted and we ordered large and paid for large but we realized after we left that they gave us regular sized cups. There were tons of screaming children running around unsupervised, barely any pizza choices, and the pizza they did have out was somehow greasy and dried out. The brownies and pasta were dried out. There was poop smeared on the ladies bathroom stall. Definitely do not recommend, very disappointing. cicis pizza has gone downhill since 2010 :(

It took a bit for someone to acknowledge that we were there. Once he did, he was extremely nice though. The pizza was decent but some of the selection was dry (spinach pizza). The desserts were okay. Not horrible for the price but still probably the worst time we’ve had at a cicis

Sometimes the staff can't keep up with the buffet. And the arcade for the kids is nothing but claw machine games that are garbage a few of them are broken

Waited 30 mins for new pizza to be put out. The ones that were out were hard on top and the undercooked on bottom. Not clean.

Kids loved it. Like everywhere else, the prices have gone up. The game room in the back of this place is barely functional.

Kept pizza stocked salad bar was fresh store was nice and clean and they had cartoons on for the kids to keep them occupied and quiet

Very unsanitary. Witnessed and employee scoop hair out of a product on the salad bar and continued to let people eat from it. Drink station nasty.
I ordered online about 9:20 pm. Understandably they closed at 10. I got there to get my food around 9:35 pm. One of my pizzas they put out in the line so I had to sit and wait for my order. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, an order of 12 pepperoni poppers, an order of 10 barbecue wings, and an order of cinnamon rolls. I waited about 20 minutes to get my order. I had quite a few boxes so I assumed I had everything. They were open the latest so I went there as the one closest to me closed at 9:45 and I wouldn’t have made it in time which lets you know I stay across town. I got home and realized my pepperoni poppers were missing. I immediately called the store and got no answer which I figured as they should have been closed by then. I called them first thing when they opened today and a young man answered the phone. I let him know my issue and he stated he would get a manager. He stepped away from the phone and I heard him talking to a woman in the back ground explaining the situation. She immediately said “WHY DIDN’T SHE CALL LAST NIGHT?” With an attitude. So when she got in the phone I immediately corrected that. I stated “I heard you ask why I didn’t call last night. I did but you guys were already closed.” She got a little tongue tied for a moment and immediately passed the phone to someone else which I assume was maybe the owner. He stated he would look for my order and call me back. He called back about 10 minutes later and said I have your order pulled up, do you have cash app so I can refund the money. I thought that was very odd as I could easily come get the poppers. His explanation made no sense though he was very respectful. He stated is to Get the stress off the managers for have to look and see if a person is telling the truth or not. And in my mind I’m like I know the facility has cameras. I waited 20 minutes because they put the pizza I ordered out on the line. You guys couldn’t double check to be sure you gave me everything? As I said I had over 5 boxes. 3 box and 2 small so I assumed I had everything. Nope the smaller box was ranch. I just think I should have been able to get my poppers or at least a refund to my actual card and not cash app. That seemed very unprofessional

I have to admit, CiCi's has really stepped their game up. Their pizza was good enough. I ate half the pizza before realizing it, lol. Good job, CiCi's

So a couple of my coworkers and I took our artistic individuals to this Particular CiCis Pizza and we have been there a couple times so some of the staff there knew about us .So when we got in there we informed the cashier that we was going to go ahead and sit our individuals down first and come back up and pay and if you are familiar with Autism
You know they have a hard time waiting so as we are seating them down we get approach by a lady asking us can see our Receipts to inform you, we did not have any food or anything and we also had our work shirts on .. So I look at her in disbelief and said we don’t have our receipts yet we haven’t paid had to explain to her about our individuals and what we do which was embarrassing to them and at this point I felt discriminated against cause she was caucasian and I am a black female yeah individuals have autism it. Remind you she didn’t ask anyone else for receipt but us then to make it worse found at she was the owner and her name was Vicky very poor customer service but her staff was very nice and understanding but she made us don’t want to come their for service again this is a Shame and she supposed to be the owner
