Cicis Pizza

Great customer service . Great food except the salad bar tomatoes.

Well I am from out of town and wanted pizza so I saw this place .the place was real dirty tables and floor .the trash and plates all over tables the tables was falling apart .had too wait on pizza I asked employee when they will make more .no one said anything .I waited because I paid money too eat .I won't be back too this place

I brought the kids the Sunday after Christmas 2025 and we had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and polite and didn't mind explaining things since it's been many yrs since my last visit. The dining & serving areas were clean as well as the game room. I look forward to bringing my kids back soon!

God selection of pizzas on the buffet, the salad bar was fresh and delicious so was the soup.

Dirty dishes. Tables not busted. Pretty low even for Buffett standards.
Pizza was somewhat fresh only because of the prepubescent big-backs in the building.

came for my birthday lunch with my wife and 4 kids and it was delicious the manager was very accommodating with our pizza orders the cashier was friendly and everything was clean super good 👌 👍 thank you to Tara for our orders

Wow! This cicis was phenomenal! Clean friendly and super easy to order a pizza and alerted when out.
-The desserts were hot and fresh as well!
the salad bar was not sloppy, super organized.
made my family feel welcomed. I asked the best ladies there,they were Mrs.Tara and Mrs. Trish thank yall 💓 for making our lunch spectacular! Definitely coming back!

Dining room tables full of plates from customers no longer in the building.
Been here hour not one desert prepared .
Pizza sauce running everywhere from employees rushing .
Horrible experience I lost my appetite.

I don't know if it was just the day that we visited, but it was packed full of people and messy. The place clearly didn't have enough staff. We felt bad for staff because it was so busy and there were so few employees. The little bit of food that we got to eat was nasty. The buffet really wasn't a buffet because they couldn't keep food up there for anybody to get. There was a line to the wall of people trying to get food that wasn't even up there. The cinnamon rolls were put out and they weren't completely cooked. A stranger passed by our table and remarked about how it was so dough-y and not done. The pasta bar had no pasta the whole time we were there. The whole building was a mess. The staff couldn't even clean up and wash cups. Everybody who came in had to get clear cups that are supposed to be water only cups. This isn't a big deal, but gives you an idea of how packed, messy, and understaffed it was.

Very nasty, score was an 88 on the wall wish I saw it before, staff very unprofessional, and they expect you to eat between or around dirty tables.

Came at 2 to feed a large group we had 19 people 17 of my group ate, due to dietary restrictions 2 of my group didn’t not eat and I was still charged an extra person for 18 people when I tried to explain to management that they over charged the dismissed me after counting my group again. No matter what I said she would not listen. I will not be back.

This was the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve had in a while. Overpriced for what it was.

The pizza buffet was empty the majority of the time. The staff seemed like they didn’t care and moved so slow. Pizza was extremely greasy and just gross. I am 100% certain my husband and I will experience food poisoning from the food. The pasta sauce was disgusting as well.

The only thing that was edible was the chicken noodle soup and the buffalo chicken pizza. The veggies on the salad bar didn’t look good either.

Won’t ever be coming back. As of today 10/06/2025 they have an 88 food safety rating, which wasn’t noticed until after we paid. Avoid at all costs if you have any form of taste buds or self respect.

Really good and fresh pizza just after Church I think that the cinnamon rolls have Improved cause they got away from the original recipe and it seems to be back.
