I stopped in to try Cookie Fix this weekend. I ended up just getting a small sweet treat for myself and got a chocolate chip cookie and a sugar cookie. The display of cookies was so nice and perfectly themed for Father's Day tomorrow. The staff were very polite. Most importantly the cookies tasted great! I would def come back to try more in the future!

Terrible customer service. I ordered two cakes this week for my wifeās birthday. Upon pickup on the second one I find out that they have reward points. I asked if I could get credit for my purchases. The girl at the front said she was new and didnāt know how to do it. They got the manager but he said no since I already paid. That I would have to buy something in store so I did but only to find out I canāt get points on past transactions. Have lost my business.
Gee bummer most places you can upload receipts for missed points. I even asked you if we could a return. Like a credit rebill to be able to get points for the second cake I was picking up that day. You said it couldnāt be done. I find that hard to believe, you just didnāt want to do it. Have a blessed day!

Dynamite cookies and service. There were some really unique creations and I wanted to try them all!
Unfortunately all 3 flavours I tried were way way way too sweet for my liking :( Also, the lemon cookies had a lemon flavour that was too intense (artificial flavoring?). I really wanted to like these cookies but couldn't even finish one of them. The shop is cute though and the staff was friendly.
