I went to this McDonald’s on Sunday, December 28, 2025 Around 11:06 PM to get something to eat and they told me they were close but it says 24 hours. They always do this when people wants some to eat at night they never want to work or take orders. They close down early Multiple cars pull up to the drive-through and wait for 10-15 minutes and pull off the service is Unacceptable

If you won’t take orders early in the morning then don’t be 24 hours. It’s very simple. I have escalated this to the operational manager. Manager and the staff can be seen through the drive thru window just sitting there. At least say your closed.

Sat at the drive through as the only car waiting to order for over 10 minutes. When the person finally did decide to take my order they were rude. Also in classic McDonalds fashion the ice cream machine never works no matter when I stop through.

I went to this location to get breakfast this morning. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. Then someone went to the other drive thru beside me, this person was served promptly. No one ever came on the speaker to say hello or can I take your order, or even I will be with you in just a moment. I finally asked if someone could take my order but was still ignored.

It’s 2:50 on a Sunday and there is absolutely no one working the drive thru. Multiple cars came through and never had their order taken. Absolutely ridiculous

I made an order online and chose the counter option, but once I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed before the hours listed online and on the door. The employee told me to go pick it up at the drive-thru, but the line was insanely long. I stayed one hour in line and decided to leave. Worst experience ever. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I don’t understand how this place is still open. The last 3 times I’ve gone I’ve been turned away because they are only taking online orders then when I went online the fee was 15 dollars.

One of the crappiest double cheese burgers me and my husband have had. Ordered on the app while in the parking lot, one double with extra pickles and onions the other with extra pickles no onions and mayo. The one with extra onion had almost none and two pickles as standard, my husbands had no mayo extra pickles and no onions so he was just missing mayo, cheese on both burgers almost cold and buns flat like they’ve been pressed down hard. Only two items a simple order.

I usually get good service here but a couple weeks ago I placed a breakfast order on my mobile and they couldn't find it. I was told to order it again and was like I'm not paying for it twice. I went out with my app showing I paid, what was ordered and that it was the correct store. I left with no food and no refund. I went online submitted feedback. No call as I was told in the email. No refund.

I went through the drive thru today around 4:00pm, the young lady at the window informed me they were out of ketchup packets, when asked if I would like another sauce I declined because they didn’t like any other sauce. The young lady went out of her way to find me some ketchup. Impeccable customer service

Waited 10 minutes in the speaker, no one came on to say I need to wait or noting then i drove to the first window and no one is taking orders so I waited 10 more minutes to see if I saw anyone and when I finally did there hiding trying to avoid me so I can go away im assuming idk if anyone actually reads or cares about this restaurant anymore
