About ever other time I try to get a late dinner after work. They Will not sever me even when the store is still open. If the hours are wrong they need to be fixed.

I placed my order at 2.57 they kept me there for like 40mn from sorry we are coming to we can’t see your order in the system, while I show them my email and confirmation number. The worst part of it is that, I just noticed that they charged me twice on my card

i wish i could give it zero stars. absolutely pathetic. everything online says open 24 hours and at 11pm we had to drive to the window and knock on it to get someone to answer and tell us they are closed. mcdonald’s in this city is such a joke

I waited at the drive through for several minutes and no one came on the intercom. I said, “hello??” The employee very rudely said “can you give me a minute!?” I gave my order when he came back on to which he said “drive around”. Rude and terse is how I would describe him. Blond braids and press on nails. How is it that Chick fil-A can ensure you have the same level of courtesy every time? Always cheerful, always with a “my pleasure”. Does McDonalds pay so little that they can’t get even decent human beings? To make it all worse, the food was not hot and not good. They just started lunch! How could the fries be barely warm??

The restaurant was very hot inside. Employees were playing loud rap music inside. And never had soggy fries before at McDonalds before will not be going to this location again

I use to like coming here but today I came threw drive threw the employee took my order right but I didn’t get my cookies in my bag I went in to get them I normally love them from here they always fresh and soft but today they were burnt stuck together soon you open the bag you smell the burnt smell I took them back in a girl with dreads had he shirt over a hoody bent over with her undergarments showing on her phone doing nothing knew she was wrong one of the other employees said I told u they would come back cause she knew it wasn’t quality food she didn’t want to put nun in she still was bent over while I proceeded to wait when they could have givin them to me right from the beginning

Mobile order. They didn’t have half the things on my order, but they don’t update the app so you know ahead of time, and can’t issue a refund, so you have to cancel the order and re-place it if you’re using any deals. Placed my first order at 6:10 and didn’t have food in my hands until 6:44 after waiting in the drive-through for an eternity. Furthest thing from fast food imaginable.
