I usually get good service here but a couple weeks ago I placed a breakfast order on my mobile and they couldn't find it. I was told to order it again and was like I'm not paying for it twice. I went out with my app showing I paid, what was ordered and that it was the correct store. I left with no food and no refund. I went online submitted feedback. No call as I was told in the email. No refund.

I went through the drive thru today around 4:00pm, the young lady at the window informed me they were out of ketchup packets, when asked if I would like another sauce I declined because they didn’t like any other sauce. The young lady went out of her way to find me some ketchup. Impeccable customer service

I stay waaaayyyy in North Birmingham...but I come here. I use to go to the one by Cooper Green hospital, but this location has become a strong second. No problems ever, so far. Drive thru may take a moment, but walking in and waiting a few extra minutes. Can be relaxing....plus Tarrant Police don't stalk you here, like the other ones. LoL! Keep up the good work.
