Try to play your music a little less loud at 11:40. Think about your neighbors too.

I've tried to eat dinner here twice. Both times I showed up and was unable to find a single employee who would talk to me. When I was there on Saturday evening a couple was sitting by the door and had a dog on a leash that was blocking the entrance. One of the waitstaff came up to me, moved the dog so she could get inside and then shut the door in my face. Hopefully the management will either start running this like an actual restaurant or they'll move and make room for a business that has even a low level of customer service.

We made a horrible mistake of visiting Otey's at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night. If the ambience you were looking for is screaming kids, some clothed only in diapers, and inattentive parents, this is your place! We decided to go to Otey's because it is a sports bar, or pub, which is what shocked us with the number of small children. To be very clear, none of that is the responsibility of the restaurant, but it is a fair warning. As for the food, it was fine, and the servings were ample. The service was OK, but certainly not great. Since the place was packed with families with small children, we could not get a seat inside. Therefore, I really cannot talk about the seating or feel of the place, save the small patio where we were seated. Perhaps I will try this place for lunch sometime.

I love their location in Crestline so I was super pumped about their new location opening. Their service is unbeatable. They are quick, helpful, and always checked on my table to make sure we had everything we needed. The bacon cheese fries and hot wings are my absolute favorite! The live music on Friday nights is so much fun. 10/10 recommend Oteys Edgewood!

Good place for quick bite to eat. Food is a little pricey for quality but great atmosphere for watching games and grabbing a beer.Kid-friendliness: More families there at night and staff accommodating.

What a fun dinner! We finally got to try Oteys and it did not disappoint. Tables are first come first serve and a waitress quickly took our drink orders. There is often live music which was fun. It is very family friendly and kids are welcomed to play and get their sillies out which I appreciate. Food was good. I got a burger and onion rings and the onion rings were my favorite! Burger was cooked correctly. They have a good menu selection and loved the price of the kids food. Definitely will be going back!

As a long-time resident, Edgewood seems like an odd place to put in a dive/sports bar restaurant. Perhaps I'm just accustomed to seeing other types of business in the space but it just feels forced. The space is predictably cliche as is the limited menu. Burgers, wings, nachos, wraps, salads. In a crowded street of restaurants, Otey's doesn't bring anything new to the neighborhood, making me wonder why they chose this location.I got a chili cheeseburger ($15) and it was smaller and not as good as the $9.25 cheeseburger combo next door at Sam's. The Otey's burger had a heavy char flavor that overpowered the beef and the bun was cold as if it had just come from a cooler. I asked an employee if the intent was to serve the bun cold, and he said they only warm buns on request. Seriously? Do you really need someone to tell you that a bun for a burger should be warm and not cold? The cold bun meant the burger was only lukewarm when it came to the table. My wife had the chicken salad plate and she said it was okay but desperately needed seasoning. Everything was served with paper plates and plastic cutlery so you get a fast food vibe. As a bar, they seem to have a good selection of popular beers but everything is bottle only, no draft. The restaurant wasn't very busy so the staff was doing some cleaning while we ate. As god is my witness, a staff member was dusting pictures on the wall over our table as we sat there. That's not just rude, it's disgusting.Otey's is a typical sports bar with average food. If that's your vibe, you'll love it but if you're looking for anything beyond the basics, you should look elsewhere.

This place is on my way home from work. It’s safe to say I’m becoming a regular. The staff is friendly and welcoming and it feels like a home like no pressure type of place you can enjoy a few brews at. Sometimes there’s live music and I quite enjoy that. A tall gentleman took care of me and talked to me about music. He was very genuine and I didn’t feel like he put on his “service industry voice” to take care of me. It’s been a real experience every time. Good luck keepin me out cause I’ll definitely be back.

Bad service, cold atmosphere, burnt French fries covered with cheese, no salt, no pepper. I will stick with Sonic when it comes to getting chili cheese fries.
