Paw Paw Patch Reviews
I brought a group of people here today because it was good the last time. We'll my brother was served cold chicken. The waitress asked if he wanted her to take it to the back and heat it up in the microwave. I suggested she throw it away and give him some hot chicken. In order to do that, she had to speak to the manager, John. John said they could only heat the chicken up. This put a huge damper on our family gathering. Next time we'll go to Burger King to have it our way.
We were Served Luke warm to cold chicken and they only offered to warm the chicken up as a solution! What makes it worse is that I was with my family 3 of which are Veterans from out of town. It’s so disheartening after bragging to them about this restaurant just to have this kind of disgraceful experience!

Paw Paw Patch offers hearty country cooking with a wide selection of meats, vegetables, and desserts. The staff is very friendly and attentive, making sure guests enjoy their meals. Specialties like the fried green tomatoes stand out, and the food often feels like a home-cooked meal, with many guests expressing their eagerness to return. The restaurant operates on weekdays, Monday through Friday, and is closed on weekends. It uses a cafeteria-style service in a cozy atmosphere that is suitable for both adults and kids. While some portions may seem small for the cafeteria style, the food is well-seasoned, thanks to experienced cooks. Guests have enjoyed dishes like meatloaf and peach cobbler, describing them as five-star, and appreciate the quick service whether dining in or driving through. The restaurant offers options for takeout and drive-through, with staff willing to make things right if any issues arise. Parking can be tight and crowded, but the overall experience is positive for those craving good soul food. Though there can be occasional inconsistencies, such as overcooked fried okra or dryness in fried chicken, the quality and care are evident, and many guests look forward to coming back.
