Wow the reviews weren't kidding, this really is the best restaurant in Homewood, Alabama.Service: As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and they were very friendly, welcoming and felt at ease. They bring you your food when it is ready and you are not rushed/pressured on the menu.Menu: They have LOTS to choose from, the name suggests because it is a deli ? salads, sandwiches, burgers, sides, wraps, etc. I got myself a mushroom and swiss burger, it looks so much like Five Guys but maybe that's just me ? the fries are top notch too, with the seasoning being the icing on top.Atmosphere: They have an outdoor patio, but if you're feeling chilly, they always have an area with a couple heaters, just about what you would expect from a restaurant.Overall, this is a must-go when it comes to food, definitely going back whenever I have the chance. Also, apologies for the one blurry photo. ?

ALWAYS amazing food and decent service and in a timely manner

First and Last Time Coming HereI'm not sure what happened yesterday but our food tasted spoiled. All of it including the hummus and taziki. We did see them pull out meat from the refrigerator and recook it on the griddle. But I'm thinking maybe because they prepped earlier that morning. No it's Thursday that meat was from a week or 2 ago. The salad had soaked in the oil based dressing so much it was discolored and tasteless. The meat fruit and rice had a nasty after taste. We ordered 2 chicken plates and one gyro plate $34.15 and an order of mushrooms $5.44. The only thing good was the mushrooms. And I wouldn't come back for mushrooms Theres no way our food was fresh. We should have went to Purple Onion.
