I ordered a small might meaty and large pepperoni pizza and neither one was made with care. The dough was undercooked. The pizza was barely cut and the toppings looked like they were just thrown on and most of them were on one side of the pizza. As I went to cut the pizza, all the toppings began to slide off the crust. It was ordered through door dash and I can't say when it got messed up but one side of the pizza was completely smashed against the box. This pizza is too expensive to get this type of quality and service.

The food here is good, but this morning I had been standing at the counter waiting for a moment. The employees saw me, but completely ignored me, until I asked what time they opened. I already knew they were open. I was also asked if I could flip the closed sign around to open. It pissed me off, but I stayed professional.

Service has collapsed. Not even a menu inside. They said most of the employees have quit. I can see why. Nothing against the employees that were there, but we can see why. Just left and went somewhere else.

I ordered online for pick up at this location on 3/14/2025. I have never seen this place so busy. They had 2 or 3 people in the back and one person upfront. I wish I caught the FOH person’s name but they were doing a phenomenal job holding it down and working hard to get every order out. Food was great and service was great. 10/10 service

Absolutely the BEST location! Great pizza, excellent customer service every visit. I travel from Chelsea because I will drive the distance for quality product and professional staff.
I literally only came in to order two sides of 50 cent garlic butter. There was a line to the door after me and the Indian cashier made me wait until she took all those orders to get me those two sides of garlic butter. It takes 30 seconds to grab those and hand them to me. I had to wait 30 minutes for these two sides. I eat here often and I’ve never encountered anything like that before.

My son ordered the thin crust, pepperoni with meatballs from the Lee Branch location and said it was the best pizza he has had in forever. It was delivered hot and fresh. Thank you for making Monday night dinner so good!

Ordered 2 Pizzas (delivery) for a family of 7 and only got 1. No phone call or heads up. The 1 pizza we got was ok, not that great and definitely not enough to feed our family. They could have called to inform us they were out of a specific ingredient and ask if we would like a different pizza but they didn't - the Uber delivery guy had to delivery the bad news. When I called them about this issue, their phones were turned off even when they were open for another 1.5 hrs. I would not order from them again.
