I don’t know what it is about this location but the coffee is not near as good as the other santos locations. They raised their prices too. I added another shot of espresso because my last visit tasted like flavored milk, and I still can barely taste the coffee.
The atmosphere is nice but the coffee… please match your coffee to the other santos locations!

I liked the Mayan coffee and the stoic service. I don't know what happened to my hearing that day but I had the hardest time understanding the barista. She took it in stride and after my third fumble she started speaking with an accentuation that bordered on the theatrical and a smile that showed more empathy than frustration or sarcasm. I guess a white beard comes with benefits.

Huge fan of this place. Solid food options, great coffee, good vibe. Never too croweded, ample outlets. Only complaint is I wish they would bring back the old bowls with smoked shredded chicken and sliced avocado for the savory bowls. I would go out of my way to come here for those bowls and miss them! Overall a great coffee shop.
