“First, let me say the staff here is so friendly. This place is consistently great. I have eaten here many times since they opened in this location. I have never ordered anything I did not like. It's ALWAYS hot, fresh and the quality of the seafood is great. I recommend the lemonade. Not only is it freshly made with real lemons, it freakin slushy!!!! They have strawberry lemonade, grape, mango, pina colada and a few other flavors too. They give you a generous amount of food. I have never been able to eat all my food in one sitting. It makes for great leftovers too. Lastly, you will not be disappointed here. If you haven't tried it yet, do it.“

“Look out, Jim N Nicks—Waldo’s cheese muffins are way better! On Day 3 of them being open, we went at 5 PM. Easy ordering, nice staff, drinks within 5 minutes, food within 10 minutes. The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“

“We haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in over 2 years and it was great to get to one here in Birmingham AL. Delt with 3 employees. The Woman taking my order was so nice and friendly as was the woman who brought our order to our table. On the way out we had a fun short conversation with a woman emptying a trash can outside. This was a lovely visit even though it was busy. The line disappeared very quickly so they must know what they're doing. Thank you all!

“The service or the customer service was awful for my opinion, everything went bad to me , I just came today because I have a free reward to get5 chicken nuggets , the cashier Brittney needs more training, i told her that was free and the end of this I paid for and I talk to a supervisor I guess and she treat me as a mother when is upset so it was not a good visit this time , I was so happy and grateful for my reward but at the end was unpleasant“
