So basically if you're looking for a healthy protein based meal, look no further then City Bowls. It's basically like a fitness routine but for food instead. You can get a mix of fruits in a bowl of your choosing, most people get the Powerhouse bowl. Inside is premium as well as select seating depending on how many people you bring.
I've wanted to try a bowl since my son enjoyed a large bowl dripped in a hazelnut sauce in a waiting room as we waited for me to have a medical procedure. It's cruel and unusual procedure to devour fresh fruit, a gelato like base with coconut shavings, granola and chia seeds toppings in front of patients fasting since midnight!
