Last night my husband and I ate dinner at Firebirds. Our steaks were INCREDIBLE. They could compete with Fleming’s or Perry’s. Our service was excellent. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was quick and very kind (she had on a David Yurman cross pendant, young and light brown hair). I do recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a Friday/Saturday night. As we were leaving, we heard the hostess say it would be a 3 hour wait for the party that just arrived....read full review
Paxton was our server and Omgosh she was excellent! This is our first time in Alabama and this was our first restaurant experience. Her recommendations were great! We had one small issue with the steak, so she called Josh who was the manager. When I tell you, they both are great with customers and their personalities will definitely bring us back again! Thanks for the experience!

Celebrated my birthday at this location tonight. From the minute we walked through the door everyone was extremely kind. They offered to take my cake to the fridge for us after we were seated. Our server Ruth was absolutely amazing! Beautiful inside and out. She’s a genuinely kind human being and truly made my birthday special. Thank you Ruth for such a wonderful experience!
