It has been 5 years since I last ate at Firebird's so a new rating is well overdue. We had dinner tonight in honor of my brother's retirement from AT&T and I was very pleased with the food and service. My Bleu Cheese Filet was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and the accompanying mushrooms and baked potato were the perfect pairing. I had such a great experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, Bella was so excited to help us. She went above and beyond to make sure our party of over 10 was seated comfortably and taken care of. Her caring heart and attention to detail truly stood out. 💖
