My parents made an online order a few days ago, to be picked up this morning. When they arrived, not only was their order NOT ready, but half of it wasn’t even available.
This is the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. Customer service is terrible. Walk in and there are 5 employees standing around doing nothing. The only one doing anything was the cashier, and when she assisted me, she had a bad attitude like she hated her job and was doing me a favor by taking my order. This place has some serious management and staffing issues.
