Terrible customer service!!! I live near this one, but will take the extra time to drive to Acton Rd or closer to the Galleria mall. There’s almost always a long wait in the drive thru even prior to the pandemic. I recently tried the curbside option from the app and sat in the parking spot for 35 minutes waiting for this speedy service! Today the woman told me that she could not mix an icee and that it was NOT offered on the app (even though I’ve ordered it from the app before)...read full review
