Serve Hot Food!! Two other people in store, 6pm. Everything sent out COLD. The new Mac, looked like it had been sitting under heaters for hours. Gross, and noodles weren't done. cheese stix , potatoe cake , kids tenders and curly fries, Roast beef sandwich , All cold. I didnt even get my cokes and my food was being served. I can See why no one was there to eat.
Horrible experience there Friday evening. We ordered at 4:09, didn’t get our food until
4:40. I went to check on it after 20 minutes only to be told that it had been thrown away. The manager then tried to blame me, when my name had not been called, we were listening, carefully. We had tickets to a 5:00 movie. We barely made it on time. The manager was rude and arguing with other customers. Then told me he was going to refund my money because of the wait.
