BarVista @ AC Hotel offers a great environment with live music, making it a good spot for lunch and drinks. The bartender is friendly and funny, and the staff is courteous. Guests enjoy the beautiful rooftop view and delicious food like wings, flatbread pizza, hamburger with fries, chicken paella, and chorizo salad. While the jerk pasta was too sweet for some, the mimosas and cocktails are praised. The restaurant provides a professional and proper cocktail experience with a lovely outdoor setting, including a fire pit to keep guests warm on cooler nights. Some note the menu is limited but well-perfected, and the drinks are just as good as the food. There may be a bit of a wait for dishes coming from the downstairs kitchen, but it’s worth it. Parking in the back of the hotel is not recommended.
