Bravo! Italian Kitchen

We had an excellent time today at Bravo. We had a late lunch and had amazing service provided to us by Charles. It was such a pleasure to have an attentive server with a great upbeat attitude.

The place looks very nice and the staff was very friendly. Overall the food was just not that good. Spinach dip was possibly the worst I've ever had. It tasted like queso dip with a hint of spinach. We ordered the chicken marsala for our entree. The mashed potatoes were top notch. The chicken was okay but nothing special. The marsala wine sauce tasted burned. Honestly hard to describe the actual flavor it just wasn't good at all. Green beans tasted burned like they had been cooked in a pan with a lot of burnt seasoning. For two people it was close to $100 after the tip. I just expected more.

My mom and I ate lunch here yesterday for my birthday. Our server Chastity was exceptional! She was prompt, courteous, and very sweet. It was a first great experience here and we can't wait to come back!

Overall, the food wasn’t bad, but it felt a bit underwhelming. I ordered hoping for bolder flavors and something a little more special than what I could make at home, but it didn’t quite meet that expectation. I appreciate the effort, but I was hoping for a bit more flavor.

This is my favorite place to take my wife for special occasions or when we just want an amazing dinner. We are always pleased with the service due to their friendly and professional behavior. Our last waiter, Mikey, was phenomenal and provided prompt service with a smile. Of course we will be back soon!

My family went to Bravo for a special occasion and our waiter Mikey was absolutely phenomenal! He was attentive, funny, and very prompt with anything we requested! We will be returning to the restaurant again soon and I will be requesting Mikey as our waiter! The food was also very good!!

Chasidy was an excellent server! She made great recommendations and the food was thoroughly enjoyed. She was pleasant and personable and we really enjoyed having her wait on us. We would definitely ask for her the next time we come back.

I work in the mall and got take out. The calamari portion was very small, and half of it was pepperonchini. I ordered the chicken marsala that was bland and dry. The mashed potatoes were disappointing, but fortunately the 6 pieces of tree trunks they passed off as asparagus took the focus away from the rest of the meal. The only saving grace was the $10 piece of tiramisu that I treated myself to. Maybe the food served at the restaurant was better, I guess they count on the takeout being ignored.

We waited in line for 15 minutes and finally walked out. There was a family ahead of us also waiting, and during that entire time no one said a single word to us, not even a basic “we’ll be right with you.” Several employees passed by, looked right at us, and still didn’t acknowledge we were standing there.

As shown in the photos, plenty of tables were available, so it’s not like the place was packed. There was simply no hostess and no effort from anyone to address the customers waiting at the door.

After 15 minutes of being completely ignored, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. We probably won’t be coming back. Happened at 12:40 pm, 11/16/2025.
