Burger King in Huntsville

“I have found my new burger king! There is a Burger King closer to me but they're always out of onion rings and shakes or get the order wrong or all three not to mention a bad attitude. Tonight the man with the best attitude ever just waited on us and had onion rings and milkshakes! Thank you thank you thank you“

“Usually do drive through but dined in yesterday for the free cheeseburger in the app. The sandwich was HOT, the cheese was melted, and it was assembled perfectly. It looked like the picture on the menu. It was delicious! I will be dining in in the future because of the soda machine. It offers so many more options.

Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is delicious.“

“I stopped by today and wanted to recognize David, one of the assistant managers, for doing an amazing job. It looked like he was working the window with only one other person, and even though they were clearly understaffed, he stayed patient, kind, and efficient. You could tell he was really trying to keep everything running smoothly. Employees like that deserve recognition thank you for the great service despite being put in a tough situation.“

“I went to the location on university. There were so slow so rude and after 30 minutes of waiting I did not receive my full order. The older man worker at this location was nice. And was able to get me what I wanted even though I had to drive to another location. I had to come out of additional money. Support did reach out but this is just so unacceptable. I appreciate this location for actual getting me what I wanted. If I can’t have it my way why would I order it?“

“My order was not right, I went back to get it fixed and it still was garbage. I say for 30 minutes and still got the order wrong they sucked. This is the one in north memorial parkway Huntsville Alabama. Night crew. The restaurant was trashed . They were out of many soft drinks fries were cold and food you think after waiting 30 minutes it would be ? hot. Y'all sucks big time. I had to go to another Burger King to get it right Really.“

“This location was almost at closing time and short staffed. The gentleman that took my order was kind and patient. When I got to the window...he explained there would be a delay, due to being short staffed and cooking fresh food. All my food was fresh and good“

“Outstanding hospitality, accommodating to my requests and questions, highly professional, the district manager was even pitching in to help with staffing, highly recommend all three employees who I interacted with in drive thru, the older white lady with glasses was my favorite, they were all sweet but she was sweetest. Thank you each.“

“No matter the time of day, whether I go inside or order in the drive thru I have never had bad service here! I don’t care if there’s a teenager working or older adults everyone always has the best attitude. I’ve even watched employees be coached in a gentle yet to straight to the point kind of way, it was refreshing to see. I appreciate you guys, pat yourself on the back!“
