Burger King in Madison

“I just want to make it aware that there is one person that I write this review for... I don't know her name, Maybe she is Asian... She's beautiful regardless.. I only tell you this as an identifying factor okay... I just want Her to get the recognition that She deserves because at this time of night no one should be this happy to do their job okay like it's completely understanding if you had a snotty attitude right but She had the best attitude like She was at Disney World okay like she was meeting a famous person okay and I am nobody so I just want to tell her personally that she made my very random very rare fast food order feel so much like it was a better choice because she just seemed so happy to be there... And I think that you need to know that that is what makes me want to come more okay as a customer let me tell you the fact that she wants to be there and that if she's happy to serve it makes me want to come there more so please please consider giving this lady a raise because there's no reason she should be this happy and she is so give her a raise so that you guys can continue to be a good store and operate beautifully please...That's neither here nor there but I'm telling you what I loved about this lady is it's 8 o'clock at night it's a busy time okay there's nothing fun happening in this drive through but let me tell you this lady made me wish my order was just a little bit bigger so that I would have a little bit more time to talk to her she had a smile on her face So big and bright that it made my night so much better and I am so happy that people actually enjoy their job... I hope and pray that her superiors see this and feel like that she is necessary for a raise because she is I am so thrilled that she was just excited to see me in the drive through you know like I came to the drive through she had no idea who I was and she was still just the most pleasant person I have ever come across... She had no reason to be this nice to me except the fact that it's just her job and you know what she did not disappoint I just want to tell you that I will be coming at the hours that I think that she might be working because this kind of treatment makes me feel less bad about the fact that I'm ordering fast food which is totally unhealthy for me by the way but the way that she treated me makes me want to come here all the time I'm not kidding you this lady was the bomb okay I hope you fill in her name and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves At this hour on this day this lady made me feel so great and I wish that all of you were just like her“

“Okay literally I’m gonna start by saying that Burger King is SO over hated. I can literally go to Burger King and get large fries, a chicken junior, and a whopper for literally 3 dollars (with the app). The prices are soooo cheap like much cheaper than McD and you literally get more than your moneys worth. I live myself some McDonalds but I rlly haven’t been going much when I can get cheaper at BK. My only criticism is the customer service at this BK is most the time pretty bad. Like the ppl who work are a bit rude. Along with this, their unethical support of Israel by giving free food to Israeli militants. You shouldn’t be giving free food, let alone to them.“

“Don't understand why these folks only have a 1 1/2 star rating on Yelp? I haven’t been in a Burger King in a few years… I went in and ordered an 8 piece Buffalo Chicken Nugget and it was really pretty good. Spicy but not too much, not greasy, and the service was on point. Dawn the cashier provided excellent service. The interior was inviting and sure looks different from the BK Lounge that I worked in many, many years ago. The only thing that prevented me from giving them a 5 Star review was that the stainless steel covers facing the customers and behind the cashier stations was a bit nasty looking. Don't know if it was because of age or dirty. Either way I'd probably go back.“
