Carrabba's Italian Grill

We are back for our yearly trip from Laurel, Ms. as usual the service and food was awesome! Sherise our server was amazing!

We have gone to the Carrabas in Huntsville for years, in the last 3 months ingredients have changed dramatically. The lasagna is different, the chocolate dream dessert is nothing like it used to be, the color of it and everything is different. What has happened to all the ingredient changes? Please get it back to normal.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived on time to pick up an order assigned to me, but the restaurant had already given it to another driver. After support contacted them, they had to remake the order, causing me to wait 1 hour. Staff and management were rude and unhelpful throughout the process. Order value around $800 with this business and expected much better customer service and professionalism

My husband and I love to eat here together. We slowly have been trying a different dish every time we go. We have not been disappointed! The staff is excellent. This is a great place to have a date night or lunch with some friends. Highly recommend. (Try the lasagna 😊)

Carrabba's is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. I always try and go whenever I get the chance. The food is amazing, along with the service. The carside lady, Ann was very patient and kind with me. Would definitely come here again!

I've been here before and always had a good meal.
I ordered the Fillet Steak. The steak was terrible thus the 2 stars. It was seasoned with what I have no idea. All you could taste was the seasoning, plus the seasoning was hot and spicy. Terrible, terrible, terrible. A good steak shouldn't need much seasoning. The cook ruined a good piece of meat. I tried wiping the seasoning off and still all i could taste was the seasoning. The waiter offered another steak which I accepted. That piece was over cooked and dry. Guess cooks way of saying don't return your steak.
Wait staff was excellent, pasta that came ith the steak good. Ordered extra meal to go, spaghetti and had that today, 6-6-26, that was good. Never getting steak there again.

The restaurant was very cold!! The food was not their usual, but our server was awesome. Jerrica was just the right amount of attentive and not intrusive.
