Catrinas is amazing! I’ve had their food at events downtown and at a friends birthday they just catered, definitely one of my favorite food trucks in HSV. My go-to’s are the quessabirria or the al pastor tacos, the elote, and the hibiscus agua fresca 😋

The friendly guys up front recommended the quesabirrias and Tacos al Pastor. They were bomb. I also had a Mexican Paleta ice cream popsicle Gansito flavor, definitely will be back for more!!

This truck came to my apt complex, the man taking the order was extremely polite offered me sample of there new drink They have some bomb street tacos and the hibiscus pineapple fresca drink was so refreshing will be visiting again.. 10/10

My family and I ate here for the first time tonight. We battled 5:30pm, Friday, Madison traffic to get to them, and I can confidently say we would 100% do it again! 10/10 recommend! The gentlemen working went above and beyond and are super polite! Family owned and operated, and we are here for it! Food is absolutely delicious. I don’t think there is a bad choice on the menu. Best $40 we’ve spent for a family of 3 in a very long time!! Quality food and we all left stuffed.

I ordered the quesabirria tacos—crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor with a rich consomé on the side. The brothers running the trunk are genuine, patient, and took the time to help me choose.

We’re from Nashville and stumbled upon this food truck on our stay for a concert. The food is amazing. LOVED the tacos and street corn.

My apt complex had their taco truck outside our building and the man who took my order was really nice and i believe it was his mom as well they were both very informative he told me about a side that wasn’t on the menu it was the palomitas they were soooo good he even let me try the piña agua fresca it was delicious I ended up with a coke tho lol but everything was a 10/10 I will def be visiting again!!
