My husband and I had an incredible experience at Booming Hot Pot! It was our first time trying hot pot, and our waiter, Kirill, made all the difference. He was absolutely amazing—thoroughly explaining the menu, cooking process, and how to make the most of our experience.

The restaurant is super clean with a modern, fun atmosphere, comfortable and inviting spacious booths, and cool lighting. The selection on the menu and at the sauce/dipping bar is impressive, allowing for customized meals. It's an interactive meal where you can enjoy cooking and trying new ingredients together, making it a great place for a family outing or date night. Service is friendly, portions are generous, and it’s a spot Huntsville needed. They have hot pot, BBQ, and you can do both. The bar is great and the place has all the sport channels. Short ribs and spicy beef bulgogi were favorites from the grill, and the healthy herb broth was good and flavorful.
