Celia’s kitchen - Food Truck

Literally the best tacos I've ever had, cheaper than fast food, and you get you get your fil and in my opinion they give you more than what its worth. This is now in my top 5 of best restaurants in Huntsville and this might just have made the number 1 on my list! You've gotta come try their food! 10/10 recommended 😁

Love this truck. On my off days I walk my dogs to it. The food is always fresh. They are always super nice. It really needs to turn into a restaurant. The food is top tier

i have tried soft chicken tacos, quesadaillas, chicken burrito. i love it !! i have paid around $39. it is fot two persons. they have watermelon and guava drinks. must try it!! it is an wonderful and unique food experience.

The place is amazing, the foods is the best I have ever had. The service is impeccable, you can tell she really puts love in her food. I work very close to her taco stand, so I can see how hard they work to serve and give back to our community. Celias kitchen is always clean, there is never a time you can walk up and not see her scores posted for you to see, and they are always 100. They pressure wash in the morning before they open, and then again before she close. I well continue to eat lunch there my 2 to 3 times a week, Love the watermelon and cantaloupe water. Also if you see 40 people standing in line don't hesitate to stop. They're very fast and proficient. And they're always consistent thumbs up to you at Celia's kitchen, you have done a wonderful job.

Place to sit outside, quick service, everyone was friendly and very sweet, absolutely recommend, an older lady offered to add an extra birria so me and my friend could have 2 each, lovely people :))

Wonderful place to get good Mexican food, from Burritos and Tacos to traditional food such as Huevos Rancheros. Eggs in red salsa alongside Rice and beans. Don't miss out, highly recommend

Don’t let the location throw you off. This is probably the best tacos I’ve had since I’ve moved to Huntsville, and the prices are very reasonable. Planing on going back and trying more of the menu.

Favorite Birria in Huntsville!

I’ve ate at every Mexican food truck/taco bus I know of in HSV. Celia’s is my new favorite! I’ve been 5 times now and every time is the same…AWESOME. Yes, I still like some of the others that are around, however Celia’s is my new go-to for Mexican food. Celia, taking orders at the window is especially great! If you’re wanting Mexican food, I can’t recommend this spot enough! The pastor, birrria, tripe and lengua(beef tongue) are all insanely good. This spot is perfect for friends or even a family to get together and enjoy great food.
