Top tier taco truck. In my top two for taco trucks in Huntsville. The pastor tacos are my go-to, always so flavorful. Only thing I'd say is fresh pineapple instead of the pineapple tidbits would take the tacos to another level. 5 stars.

I absolutely LOVE this place. It’s my favorite food truck ever. I come here all the time and I just get so excited. The staff is friendly, the food comes out fast, and it’s great prices! My friends get tired of me bringing this place up but they know how much I love it. I’ve never had a bad experience or wrong order and I would recommend this place to anyone, you should definitely come to this place!

Celia's food is literally some of the best Mexican food I've ever tried, and I used to live in California!!!! Be sure to try her daily specials, you won't be able to find those kinds of dishes at any restaurant around. The mole is to die for. Not to mention, Celia is a well known sweetheart!! Must try!!!

I just moved to Huntsville, Alabama from Houston, Texas, where I spent most of my life and one of my biggest fears was not being able to find good Mexican food. Celias Removed that fear this is some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had and really reminds me of Home. I go here at LEAST once a week.
