Wonderful place to get good Mexican food, from Burritos and Tacos to traditional food such as Huevos Rancheros. Eggs in red salsa alongside Rice and beans. Don't miss out, highly recommend

Don’t let the location throw you off. This is probably the best tacos I’ve had since I’ve moved to Huntsville, and the prices are very reasonable. Planing on going back and trying more of the menu.

Favorite Birria in Huntsville!

I’ve ate at every Mexican food truck/taco bus I know of in HSV. Celia’s is my new favorite! I’ve been 5 times now and every time is the same…AWESOME. Yes, I still like some of the others that are around, however Celia’s is my new go-to for Mexican food. Celia, taking orders at the window is especially great! If you’re wanting Mexican food, I can’t recommend this spot enough! The pastor, birrria, tripe and lengua(beef tongue) are all insanely good. This spot is perfect for friends or even a family to get together and enjoy great food.

Best food around

My husband loves their birria tacos, but I think the carne asada tacos are the best in all of Huntsville and quite possibly the state.

Everything tastes fresh and is seasoned well. I do wish they had Saturday hours, but the tacos taste just as phenomenal on a Wednesday as they would a Saturday. It’s well worth the visit!

Ms Celia has the best food truck tacos I’ve ever had. Definitely 10/10… if I could give 100 stars I definitely would.

Fantastic food! Reasonable prices

Amazing food and great portions. The milanesa plate and torta cubana were HUGE and delicious.

These are the best tacos in Huntsville hands down. They’re so fast and their food is well seasoned! I’m a regular here and I always come to grab their crispy birria tacos! Absolutely phenomenal! They’re so friendly too!!

TLDR: Excellent, wonderful, huge portions – eat here! *Updated*

We ordered the Torta Cubana, Carne Asada, Birria Tacos and the Birria Burrito. The last three were described as “very good”, “excellent” and “one of the best ever” respectively. This review, however, is about the Torta Cubana.

As named: Despite the name, it shared no resemblance to a true Cuban sandwich other than it did, indeed, have pork products between bread.

What it was: An absolute train wreck of a sandwich ingredients including a grilled, split hot dog, ham, a breaded and fried pork patty, avocado, onions, cheese, jalapenos, sauces and several other “somethings.” This was a sandwich that should never, in any universe, be edible.

How it tasted: Easily one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Somehow the culinary magic and skill in that little food truck turned this bizarre collection of ingredients into a perfectly balanced taste experience. Each ingredient was fresh and easily identifiable as you ate – nothing got “lost” in the mix and everything very much added to the **huge** container of Heaven that I received (seriously, this is a meal for at least two people.) I’ve been thinking about it ever since and I still don’t have a clue how they pulled this off but I’m so very, very much looking forward to having another – and trying the other (I’m sure) perfectly delicious offerings they have.

Highly, highly recommended.

Update: Went back the next day and we had more Birria Burritos, Birria Quesadillas, Carne Asada tacos, Sopes and Mulitas. All agreed that it was some of the best we have ever had - and this is from people that were born and raised in a small town in New Mexico and spent a fair amount of time traveling in rural Mexico itself. This is the real deal and a true treat.

10/10 on service and food.
They have some of the best tacos I've had in a while. The mulitas are fantastic as well. They also have great prices on everything. It's not uncharged like everything else in Huntsville right now.
I come here every payday, and 12$ is more food than I can eat in one sitting.
