This Chick-fil-A has a very small lot hits on, but they figure out a good system to keep people moving through and not having to wait very long. I was very surprised! And of course, as always, the food was great!

My husband and I went through the drive thru ordering two breakfast chicken biscuit meals with a frosted coffee and a Diet Coke, with an additional chicken biscuit. We received rude customer service from the window staff, and an incorrect order. We received a Diet Coke, frosted coffee, a sausage biscuit, chicken biscuit, & one hash brown. After seeing our order at the light right after leaving the restaurant we turned around to get the other biscuit at the time not realizing they had replaced a chicken biscuit with a sausage. After entering the parking lot again, I parked assuming that they would be nicer to handle this at the window. Oh boy, was I wrong In that assumption. After the woman said “what” I politely told her my order was wrong she went back and slung a chicken biscuit and hash browns in a bag gave it to me and slammed the window shut.
I’ve never in my life been treated so poorly at a Chick-fil-A!

Horrible experience and service at this location. I go out of my way now to go to other stores to avoid this particular location. I have not posted publicly about it before now, because I tried first to get it fixed prior.

Went tonight. Asked for 3 ice creams. Asked for them to be combined into a single styrofoam cup. They wouldn’t do it. Refused! They've done it several times for me in the past. Simple task. Drove to Whitesburg store. They did it, no problem. Why, because it’s a simple easy request. A request that they should accommodate to a customer. These people get so accustomed to protocol that common sense and customer service just goes at the window.

Well so on Wed August 6th, my husband walked to this location from the hospital and ordered 1, 8 piece nugget, 1 sandwich and 2 kale crunch. Once he got back to the hospital, we realized they shorted him a kale crunch and there wasn't any silverware for the other, or napkins. And the kale crunch was just not right, pieces were too big and it was so dry, almost choked to death trying to eat it. Called back and finally someone answered and he apologized and promised they would give us the kale crunch we paid for. So today, August 9th, we are still at the hospital and we go back to chicfila at this location. We ordered a 12 piece nugget, kale crunch and diet lemonade and asked for the kale crunch they owed us. So I glanced in the bag, saw the nuggets, saw 2 kale crunch, drink, so we headed back to hospital. First I noticed the diet lemonade was actually Sprite, then when we opened nuggets, they gave us 8, instead of the 12 we paid for. And I do not think this location knows how to prepare the kale crunch, its horrible, its chewy and dry. Need to get with Ruth Grace @ the Jasper location and get some instruction. I'm sorry but you failed in my book. 2 visits and both times, order wasn't correct.

the only reason i gave this store a 4/5 is due to the fact the drive through is so small. every chick fil a has a high numerical of customers, and therefore usually have a large drive thought to accommodate. the very small drive through at this location makes it feel very chaotic and claustrophobic.
