We came through last night (Monday). We specifically asked about the new spicy grilled filet and if it is grilled on the same grill as the regular grilled filet, as our son is Celiac and cannot have the spicy. The worker said they are grilled on separate so we ordered 3 regular grilled filets. We were given 3 spicy filets, after stating there was an allergy. I called and after 5 attempts, someone answered and took our information and told us she put it in the system and we could come back any day within the next week for the right food. We came through tonight and the manager had an attitude. She told us there wasn’t anyone with that name written down. After a few minutes, she gave us the right order. But that was a hassle. I’ll be skipping this location from now on, there’s plenty others in the area.

Do NOT go to this Chick-fil-A if you want to not receive what you paid for & never get a refund. I have tried contacting this store countless times for refund. I paid $10.34 for a Cobb Salad with chicken and I received a side salad with no chicken. Corporate told me they can’t issue the refund & they keep escalating it. They told me there is nothing they can do but keep escalating. I’m not located in the area so I can’t just come back to the store - BUT I shouldn’t have to make a drive back eating money and time to receive this refund. I ordered on the app, so there is not reason for this to be going on a month later. Unbelievable. Makes me never want to eat at Chick-fil-A again with this entire experience. Shame on this store for stealing from me and shame on corporate for not being able to do anything else about it. Order #4064279 Carryout.

I came to Chick-fil-a Governors today to get me some food after work! The line wasn’t too long so I joined the drive thru lane. I had just placed my order when all of sudden I hear this old lady yelling at the employees to hurry up with my food. What nonsense!!!! I found out that this old lady is named Cynthia. Do you think I found it pleasant coming to a Chick-fil-a only to hear this manager yell at the employees???? Her job is to support her team, not yell at them!!!! And it gets better. I realized that I forgot to order some Polynesian Sauce, so I park and walk up to the window to ask for some. I hear the same lady telling a young gentleman that he cannot get any food because he was late. That is so inhumane!!! The gentleman is working a job that requires energy; how is he supposed to work if he can’t get any food!!!!!!! This lady is the rudest and worst manager I have ever met!!! Even McDonald managers treat their employees better. Do better, Heather Adams!!! Cynthia does not deserve to even work there!!!!!!

Ordered through the app while at Huntsville hospital, walked down to Chick-fil-A and picked up at the window,walk back to the hospital in sub freezing weather only to discover no chicken sandwich nor any utensils to eat the salad with. Dissatisfied.

Very impressed with this location. Multiple weeks back I waited a little longer than usual and had to leave before I got my food to make it work. This morning, I went again and they remembered and offered to make it right. I really appreciate how they handled things! Especially after nearly a month with me never saying anything.

The employees here do not hold up to the standard that Chick-fil-a is known for having. They come off as rude and unprofessional. More often than not the order is not prepared correctly, and the wait time in the drive through is unreasonable. Extremely disappointed, it seems like symptoms of poor leadership.
Went here for breakfast. Very unorganized and slow. For the amount of people that come here for breakfast they need a better system and need to have more people outside working at least someone to direct the traffic. Really this area is way too small for the flow of people they have in the morning. It takes way to long to get your food compared to other Chick Fil A restaurants.
