Went in for a little bite and didn't know what I wanted so I asked the employee taking my order what he suggested. After hearing my don't likes be said I have it. Cooper, the employee nailed the perfect egg sandwich. Hands down amazing service.

Panera is good at the price. It is not a place for an evening date, but it is perfect for lunch at the hospital. As I walked in security demanded to know where I was going. Safty!
You can stand at the checkout pickup area and you are ignored if you need any service. Then your meal comes out and you wonder why you didn't buy the soup at Publix and microwave it yourself. My bread bowl didn't have the soup in it, nor a place to put your soup in it, nor utensils to make a hole in it.. so you get to use your hands to create the bowl. 🤷since when is soup not served in the bowl?

Panera Bread is a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff, including Breagin at the front who helps customers understand the menu. The delivery service was excellent, with a helpful manager ensuring a great customer experience. The chicken chipotle pizza and Chicken Bacon Rancher are amazing and delicious. The location is always clean, and the customer service, especially from manager Tyler, goes above and beyond. This Panera is inside Huntsville Hospital, so parking is convenient, though it’s a bit of a walk without the sky walk. The food is fresh with decent flavor, and the team sets the standard for chain restaurants. Overall, a highly recommended place to dine.
