“Went here for lunch today for the first time, I’ve had catering before but never come myself in person. I was truly impressed! Customer service and overall atmosphere were both wonderful.

Everything came out way faster than we were expecting— it was HOT and SUPER fresh, and absolutely delicious. We got chicken tenders, fries, and a buffalo chicken sandwich. We also tried all of the sauces and there literally wasn’t a bad one in the bunch! We don’t live close by but this will definitely will be somewhere we will come back to if we’re in the area!“

“CfA is CfA, you know what you're getting...top notch fast food and great shakes. I went through the drive-thru. The two young gentlemen serving me (taking the order and at the window handing out the food) were very polite. Both wished me a blessed day. To be honest, I was visiting HSV from somewhere where wishing random people Merry Christmas results in a stern disapproving look. So, I was a little off guard both times last night and didn't really respond. Thank you, guys...I did have a bleeded day and I hope you also have a blessed day.“

“Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite. Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.“

“We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. Kindness goes a long way for the little ones, they remember the small stuff. Thank you Bailey for being awesome!“

“Fast when food is ready, slow when it isn't. This place isn't actually a full sized Chick-Fil-A it;s on of there "Express" restaurants. As in, they don't have the full menu, just the essentials, nuggets, fries, sandwiches, etc. You walk up grab a drink and grab the items you need. This process can be incredibly fast, if the menu item your looking for is ready and there;'s no line. Otherwise, you end up waiting around for 5 minutes waiting for them to prepare it. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. Great places to seat inside and out. Just don't come during rush hour and expect to have nugget and fries immediately.“

“I have to give major props to this Zaxby’s location. I’m usually not big on fast food unless it really stands out, and this one definitely did. From the moment my wife and I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Our food came out to the table in under 3 minutes — hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The flavor was spot-on and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. Hands down the best location I’ve visited, and we’ll definitely be coming back! I love the Lemon pepper flavor they added in the menu recently!!“

Short wait times and service despite being the middle of noon lunch hour. Ordered Love At First Bite with fries and got a pretty enjoyable lunch with satisfying portions. This place ought to have more good reviews!“

“With our hectic family schedule, we find ourselves eating out more than we should. While there are a lot of fast food options in South HSV now, we find ourselves going back to Zaxby's again and again because we know we are going to get hot, tasty food and great service each time we go in. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and we always enjoy our food.“

“Went thru drive thru. Food was as good as KFC ever is (my favorite fried chick) except this time was a lil dry and they didnt have one piece of chicken that i like. They dont always have every piece in chrispy and original. Nobodys perfect all the time.“

“the only reason i gave this store a 4/5 is due to the fact the drive through is so small. every chick fil a has a high numerical of customers, and therefore usually have a large drive thought to accommodate. the very small drive through at this location makes it feel very chaotic and claustrophobic.“
