KFC is known for its great customer service, with the team going the extra mile to ensure a positive dining experience. The food is consistently hot and delicious, making it a recommended spot for a meal. The chicken pot pie and tender meal box are good. Staff was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. However, the place was very nasty inside and lacks maintenance and care for cleanliness. Some customers have reported that the chicken was small and mushy. Despite these occasional hiccups, KFC remains a favorite for many.
