We love Wendy's.
Drive-thru cashier was rude at pick up window and didn’t give me my receipt. Chicken on sandwich was dry both sandwiches fries were not hot and chicken nuggets not hot enough. What I hate about these people in restaurants nowadays is lack of service to deliver good fresh hot food it’s sad especially when you want what you ordered!
Never actually got to order. Watched as what appeared to be the manager, shouting with the employees about who was texting who all the while completely ignoring the customers. I, along with several other people, eventually just left to try and get food elsewhere. I don’t have high expectations for fast food, but this was truly absurd.

Wendy's is a popular restaurant that offers a good dining experience, with a 98 Health rating score, indicating its commitment to quality. The Baconator is dope, and the fries are on point. The shake (or Frosty) machine always works. Some times the employees are great, sometimes they aren't so great, and there's no reason to not smile at customers. Food was fresh, and the lady was very nice. However, customers have reported issues with the handling of drinks, where they were not clearly informed about the type of drink they received. Additionally, a customer who works across the street has expressed concerns about the rude and unprofessional behavior of a young employee working the drive-thru, particularly during the late-night hours. Despite the food being good, the employee's poor attitude has negatively impacted the overall customer experience for this individual and their coworkers.
