This place has gone downhill.They need to retrain their whole staff. I got the fajitas steak and they didn't even cut it against the grain. One of the worst margaritas that I had. this place used to be good. It is not anywhere.

I don’t know what they put in their food but it messed my stomach up. The food took ages to come to the table the food was way over priced for the size of the meal I got. It tasted ok until I got home and couldn’t get off the toilet. I have eaten hot food that I make for years with all kinds of scorpion peppers and habanero and I am never affected by this the food wasn’t even spicey. They obviously use bioengineered food ingredients. We waited over 5 minutes after sitting to get our drinks got our chips and took our order before giving us our drink order we we were sitting directly at the bar so I don’t understand why it took so long. Then the bartender proceeded to complain about her life as if we asked. So the atmosphere there sucks, the service sucks and the food well if you want stomach problems go ahead and eat it bc their food sucks. I will never eat here again you couldnt pay me enough to eat there. I’m on the toilet yet again the next day because of this stupid place!

Went to Chuys about a year ago and wasn't impressed. Told wife we should give them another shot. Went Saturday at about 2 o'clock. Not many people so seated immediately. After 10 minutes of speaking to no one, walked out disappointed again.

Lackluster service. Lo.g wait for drink orders. Server wasn't very attentive. We were seated right next to a large party who were very loud and obnoxious. The food would have been better had we not rushed to pick, as by that point we just wanted to get fed and get out. If I can say one thing positive, the decor was awesome.

I am so DISAPPOINTED in the flour tortillas. They were not the same. That's the main reason my husband likes to go there. Our waitress was great, food was great as always. But those tortillas, ugh. Please change them back! We even purchased Chuy flour tortillas for our wedding and catered our daughters birthday with Chuys.

I’m not really sure why I’d choose this over a local mexican spot. I would think there would be more variety. The food was very underwhelming but I will say the salsas served with the tortillas were quite good. The service was adequate and the decor was fun, clean and playful.

As a Texan who grew up going to Chuy’s as a child and hadn’t been in a while, my son and I stopped in for a small lunch after sampling another appetizer across the way. First, the service was perfectly adequate but it didn’t compare to our previous restaurant (Good Pour). Second, the appetizer sampler we shared was good but not great. The queso is not queso blanco enough and the other items were a bit bland. I do have to highlight the grilled-tasting chicken in the quesadilla. I’m not a chicken fan but even I thought it was flavorful. So… in short I don’t think this location quite lives up to the original but the overall experience was good but not great. The atmosphere, however, is fun!
