I had a very poor first experience here with the food, service, and atmosphere. Went on a Saturday for dinner, and the restaurant was less than 50% full. First the food: Ordered chips and salsa, and it was a good 10-15 minutes before they came out. Ordered 3 tacos, and it was at least 30 minutes before they came out, and when they did, they were cold. They were so cold, I had to check the menu to see if I had ordered some sort of weird chilled taco, but by this time I was so hungry I wasn't going to try to send them back. Second, the service: Our server was very inattentive. For instance, I had drank all of my water, and it was so long before my server came with a refill, that all the ice had melted. Third the atmosphere: The acoustics in the place are terrible. Again, the place was less than half full, but it was hard to hear anything clearly from my dinner date across from me to the server trying to take my order. It wasn't even that loud, everything was just muddled. (I've been to the Orion, and that's loud, but you can hear clearly.) It was a struggle to hold any kind of conversation here, so not great if you're eating with other people. Finally, the late Anthony Bourdain always said he wouldn't eat in a restaurant with dirty bathrooms. The men's bathroom had cobwebs in every corner, and on the stall door, an was generally unkept, which I think reflects the lack of attention to detail throughout the entire restaurant.

Lacey was fantastic. She knows her bar! We were a little disappointed in the draft beer selection. They removed the IPAs. They used to keep a couple good ones on tap but someone made a bad call on selection. Bring back Dogfish Head and Buenavista please.
