Food and service was good. Prices are too high.
That woke lesbian CEO has put this place onto the road of self-destruction. I will never set for inside another CB again. The one in Huntsville, Alabama is disgustingly nasty, the food is horrid and, quite frankly, I don't want filthy hands all over everything.
They need to put hamburger steak back on the menu

Based on the reviews, Cracker Barrel is still one of the best places to get quality, flavorful food at decent prices. The food is always great, with specific meals like Chicken and Dumplings, the chicken and dumplings platter with fried okra and mac n cheese, chicken fried steak with broccoli and hash brown casserole, and Grandma’s Sampler being mentioned. The service can be fantastic, with many servers described as attentive, pleasant, courteous, kind, welcoming, and great to talk to. However, the service and online ordering needs a lot of work at some locations. There have been issues with pick-up orders not being ready on time, with one customer waiting over 25 minutes and feeling ignored by the staff. Despite this, many customers will definitely come back because of the good food and excellent service from specific servers.
