I got a table right away. It took about 15 minutes for the server to come over. Then it took another half an hour to get the food. I had meatloaf and it was overcooked. Not doing this one again.
Danielle was very nice and helpful. When my order was ready she assisted me in a freindly manner. Also, when I left and came back because something was missing from my order she was understanding and proceeded to get what was missing because the kitchen staff was taking too long. Cracker Barrel seems to have lost their place in the industry. In an effort to catch more of the market, they have expanded the menu, offering new options. In the meantime, the staff are rushing around, seemingly overwhelmed, even when the restaurant is no where near full.
