I recently visited Dairy Queen's on March 28,2024 @ 3:20pm and had the pleasure of interacting with Camron who was working the drive through window, she provided exceptional customer service. Camron was friendly, attentive, and made sure that my order was accurate and fulfilled in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience at Dairy Queen's, answering all my questions and making recommendations. Her positive attitude and warm demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable.Camron's customer service skills are truly exceptional. She listened actively, showed genuine interest in my needs, and responded promptly to my requests. Her professionalism, combined with her friendly and approachable nature, created a welcoming and satisfying experience. I left Dairy Queen's feeling impressed and satisfied, thanks to Camron's outstanding service. She truly represents the definition of great customer service, and I look forward to my next visit to Dairy Queen's, hoping to be served by her again!

Doesn't accept American Express, then argues that it didn't charge me after I sat there getting a text message from bank showing the charge. Doesn't really affect me, its on them for dealing with my bank and that charge back.

This particular branch is a huge disappointment. Staff work really slow, they act like they don't know what they are doing. I watched the gentleman take literally 2 minutes to stop fumbling with a bag to get the order in it. Be prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes for you order.

They are horrible!!!! No since of urgency. l waited 18 minutes for food and nobody was even there. I only stayed negate it was a doordash. They be running around in circles looking like lost ducks. Every Dairy Queen in Huntsville is very slow!!! I don’t understand. I won’t eat there again AND THE ICE CREAM IS NOT THE SAME! It tastes like it’s fake. At this point just throw the whole Dairy Queen away….im over yall!!! Yall need to retrain these people or check up on yall “business” became this ain’t it!!

2/7/24: Drive thru service was fantastic. Friendly staff, quick and accurate with my order (chicken finger basket & a root beer float). My only complaint is that the root beer is Barq's instead of A&W. Much prefer A&W, but was still very good.
For the first time ever at an icecream place we got rancid spoiled icecream. We only paid a couple dollars so it wasn't worth driving back to get a replacement, but we will not be going back and will not be recommending it to others. You could legit smell the rancidness of the chocolate icecream. 0/10 do not recommend. The blizzard we got was fine, but the chocolate icecream was beyond inedible. We'd been to this DQ plenty of times without prior issue but if an icecream can be served smelling that rancid with no quality control I can't trust it won't happen again.

I love their desserts!! The food is Ok I can either take it but probably mostly leave it mostly (in my opinion) the food is mostly something more for kids burgers are ok great for if you been drinking and need something to soak it up but in my opinion not my first choice.... but their desserts on any level is amazing!!!! I mean they just speak to my fat boy soul fluently!!!

Icey day on Monday but this Dairy Queen was one of the few fast food places open . The staff was absolutely wonderful ! Our food was perfect! Hot & fresh ! They even came out twice to see if we needed anything and see if everything was satisfactory. It's so nice to see a great friendly staff considering most fast food places in today's times suck . The people suck and the food sucks and way to expensive . Not this Dairy Queen ! I've been here before with the same great experience. Way to go everyone at this DQ ! Keep up the great work and Thank You ! I will definitely be back !
