my pizza was delivered on time, but when I opened the box it was totally stuck together. looked like it had been dropped and kicked.alsoordered diet coke but got regular coke. called to complain but was put on hold for over 2 hours. never did speak to anyone.

I requested car side delivery. I waited for about 10 minutes. No one came to deliver my pizza even though it was ready for more than half an hour. I had to go inside to pick up eventually.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! Placed an order; estimated delivery was 30-40 minutes. Got food 1.5 hours later and couldn’t even eat what I ordered. Dough was raw and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Tried calling the store and got hung up on. Called again, got disconnected. Tried again and no one ever picked up. This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with this location.That’s not cheese stretching in the pic, that’s DOUGH.

Service was horrible through the drive thru. We had 3 people come to the window and ask for the name of our order then took 30 mins to get the food. The workers were so high you could tell. Do not recommend.

Beyond disgusted with this location. Placed an order at 4:57 and it took over an hour to get delivered?!?!?! While watching the real time tracking, the delivery driver sat in one spot for over 20 minutes. EVERYTHING had to be reheated and to top it all off, I called over 7 times and not once did they answer. Steer clear of this location if possible. If you hate what you do, why are you still doing it??

1:45 minutes late google them they were 3 minutes away. On Google maps my friend literally had hair not one piece but two pieces. Drove to the the location for refund and after they do a remake. The driver said we either like the food or don't. After bringing it to the car Ignorance all I heard tonight.

We've had pizzas from a few places in town but I prefer Dominos university one and frequent this one the most. I only use the app to order and pick up at the window and have always received great customer service with a smile when I pick up our order. It's never taken more than 20 minutes to receive notification that our order is ready and the food is always very delicious (the alfredo sauce on my pizza is my favorite), hot/fresh, and exactly what I asked for/ordered) thanks a bunch Dominos on University!Vegetarian options: I love that I can build my own pizza with my favorite non-meat toppings, but one item on the menu that is vegetarian is beyond delicious, the Mediterranean veggie sub!Dietary restrictions: I often order my pizza with no red sauce, and it still has so much flavor!

The worst experience of any pizza delivery restaurant I have ever ordered from. Ordered the pizza, it took two hours to get here. When it arrived it was cold and the order was wrong. Called numerous times and got no answer. I drive over to the location to find the door locked and three people working behind the counter. After they stare at me for minute, someone opens a latch on side of the building and I request a refund. They say they can’t do a refund as the manager isn’t there and will have them call me. Never heard back. Never order from this place!

I’ve been trying to contact the store for 2 days now to see if they are even open as I am stuck inside unable to use my car due to the ice. Each time I’ve waited over 10 minutes and ended up hanging up out of frustration.
