The driver went to the wrong hotel. When I called to tell them we didn’t get our food, the manager said that the driver knocked on our door and we didn’t answer so he left it on the doorstep (at the wrong hotel). The manager was very rude and told me they would deliver it again but that they can’t do their job 3 times. Ordered at 12:40pm, didn’t receive my order until 1:40pm, I’ve tried to call the store & no response. Shouldn’t be open if you can’t fully operate at an efficient time. Nobody should wait an hour or more for food that is in the oven for less than 10mins. Also customer service is completely terrible
Terrible wait time on delivery, I literally waited over 2 hours for my order to arrive, this is really ridiculous.
