I have ordered from this store a couple times and they have never gotten my order right. This time the pizza showed up completely smashed and inedible and I had to take it back to the store. The entire staff came out to defend the supervisor on duty like I'm a criminal for complaining. The only compensation for the order was making a new order which they still got wrong. Normally this place is pretty good and a staple in our monthly food choices. But they were advertising "The most chessy" deal. So i decided to try it, below is what I got. Almost no cheese and bread was dry as a rock. Also they have been skimping on the sizes lately, larges really come out as mediums. I should have looked before I left the store, don't make the same mistake as me. I won't be coming back.

So I placed my pick up order at 11:47 they said it would be ready between 12:08-12:18. Cool. Get to the store at 12:20, he says he doesn’t have it ready yet. That’s fine. I go wait in the car.
