The food was wonderful and Connie the waitress was working her butt off she was the only one waiting tables and I am sure it hurt her tips she could not keep all the drinks filled and bring the food out like she needed too and people would have a set and then walk out please get her some help it is to big of a place to have one waitress and on a holiday

The pit master who is a young gentleman. I think Travis was his name. He has the most positive attitude. While I was there I noticed how he jumped in to help whoever was in need. He is an exceptional worker. I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves

This particular evening, this was a b day take out order. They were severely understaffed and the one server was very rude, impatient and inconsiderate. This led to almost 2 hr before ever finally walking out. The pit master, who's attitude was not only the polar opposite of the disgruntled worker, but, he also cooked my ribs close to perfection. This and the very sincere and apologetic GM is the reason why I gave this place high stars. These 2 completely redeem what would...
