“Today was probably the worst experience for me at Dunkin. I ordered a LG chai tea latte hot it tasted like warm milk. I asked the young lady at the window about using my points for purchase she had no idea about how to do it and stated only the manger knew how and he wasn't there. I also had a bacon, egg, and cheese crossiant with barely any bacon on it. And the brisket hashbrowns were thrown together.“
“South parkway Dunkin is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in Huntsville! My coffee drink is always delish, and pretty much always consistent and I order the same drink just about every day!There are a couple employees I wish I knew by name to give a special thank you and shout out to for always the best service , always smile on the face! I don’t live close to south parkway Dunkin but I usually make the drive there because the North parkway Dunkin almost ALWAYS gets my drink wrong!
