“South parkway Dunkin is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in Huntsville! My coffee drink is always delish, and pretty much always consistent and I order the same drink just about every day!There are a couple employees I wish I knew by name to give a special thank you and shout out to for always the best service , always smile on the face! I don’t live close to south parkway Dunkin but I usually make the drive there because the North parkway Dunkin almost ALWAYS gets my drink wrong! If you want good coffee and good food come to south parkway Dunkin Donuts ?“

“I use go to this location frequently. I stopped because of poor service. Today after leaving Firestone, accross the street, I decided to give them another chance. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. I was in line 32 minutes, nevertheless, when I arrived at the window, I greeted the young lady with a smile and good morning, my order was not ready. The young woman taking my order appeared to be untrained on the register and in customer service. After repeating my order, without acknowledging me, she shut the window. 3 minutes later, another lady told me what I owed and gave me my change. The original young lady handed me my oder and shut the window. The only reason I keep returning is because I wait for my oil change and Ducan is conveniently located accross the street.“
