Dunkin' Donuts in Madison

“The young lady working the inside counter on Friday evening did a great job of explaining our options to us and making sure that we were able to purchase exactly what would make us the most happy. My donut holes taste fresh and fluffy even though it is 6:00 at night. The coffee is fresh brewed. My husband is incredibly happy with his apple fritter.“

Is the best Dunkin in town. It’s always clean, friendly staff, and the croissants are always good. There have been a few staff turnover, but they’re still all really nice. The manager has been there for a long time and she’s always sweet even when theres a rush or there’s a hiccup she still presents with a smile. I had a minor issue with my order this morning and three different staff were so kind about it. They didn’t seem irritated that I mentioned it like most restaurants would have. It takes me 5 extra minutes to get to this Dunkin and I will do it every time to make sure my visit is pleasant and order is correct.“
