“It was so delicious of course! However, they are severely understaffed and overwhelmed. They forgot to make my drink and I had to go up and ask about it. It took awhile for someone to come to the counter and ask what I needed and then took awhile for them to find someone to make my drink. There were no napkins in the holder and the women's restroom was out of toilet paper. Normally this would warrant a lower review but they are just overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid. They were really doing their best. By all means visit this place! But don't go there if you're in a hurry.“
“The single most important thing when ordering hot coffee at a drive-thru is to make sure the lid is tight. The second most important thing is to make the coffee exactly as it was ordered online. The third most important thing is to have your online order ready when ordered ahead via their app. They fail at least one of these 30% of the time.“
“South parkway Dunkin is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in Huntsville! My coffee drink is always delish, and pretty much always consistent and I order the same drink just about every day!There are a couple employees I wish I knew by name to give a special thank you and shout out to for always the best service , always smile on the face! I don’t live close to south parkway Dunkin but I usually make the drive there because the North parkway Dunkin almost ALWAYS gets my drink wrong! If you want good coffee and good food come to south parkway Dunkin Donuts ?“
