I stayed at the Embassy Suites recently for a conference and it was wonderful. Even though my room was across from the elevators I didn’t hear a thing. The rooms were clean and spacious and the lobby is gorgeous. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Annette was so sweet and Stanley was wonderful. He makes a mean omelette and his pico de gallo is delicious, all served with a smile. I would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view of a fountain and the museum of art.Food & drinks: The breakfast is great, especially the made to order omelettes.

The pool was closed for wet paint, we will check it out next time..

Rooms: Just checked in to the hotel. Was told to wait 30 minutes and get back on line in order to get a room away from elevators as they were not ready yet. I waited, checked in & was told that the room I was given was away from the elevators. Got on my floor, and the room was directly in front of the elevator. Went back downstairs to see if she could fix the room issue, and the receptionist said that there was nothing that she could do unless I wanted to wait even longer and “see”.
