Amazing service and the cookie cake decorater was so kind and offered to make my cake as soon as she could! Amazing service and will be returning again!

Wow was the service so nice and a sweet blonde girl with glasses took my order for a cake and I got it the next day on time for my sister's birthday!

Got some cookies for my kids and they were delicious! The staff were so sweet as well.

Tried to get a cookie cake today and was told they didn't have any more cooked and the decorator was about to leave and the earliest could get one was almost 3 hours from now. I worked for great American cookies years ago and know this should never be the case. And am very disappointed that I got to go to another location to get one.

Ordered a custom cookie cake and was very impressed! Excellent customer service.The cookie looked exactly like I wanted and tasted delicious.

The cookie decorator said she couldn't decorate my cookie with what I wanted on it even though it was pretty much a stick figure of a man eating with utensils and she said she also wouldn't do it even if she could because he's holding a knife. But I told her those are is eating utensils, she still wouldn't do it. The guy that took my order on the other hand was very helpful.

Don’t answer the phone. Waited 3 hours after pick up time for cookie cake. It’s tasted good but not worth the hassle

I can't say enough great things about GAC @ Bridgestreet! Tyisha and Jaida pulled off a HUGE task today, saving me from disaster. I had a cookie cake emergency and they pulled through. Girls, y'all are AMAZING.THANK YOU!!!I'll personally be back because of them!!!??♥︎
