Great American Cookies

The store hours are listed on the web stating they close at 9pm. I went to the store 10 minutes before closing time, the employee looked me in the face and locked the door. I called and complained because it wasn’t nine yet & they couldn’t care less! I will take my business elsewhere! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very pleased with this cake for my daughters’s birthday, thank you to the decorator!!

My daughter ordered a cake online for her dad’s birthday. They claimed to have called her regarding trouble with the design. She had no missed calls and no emails from them. I would prefer to be told they were too busy then be lied to. We have ALWAYS bought his Birthday and Father’s Day cakes from Great American. It truly seemed like an issue with staff that just do not care.

The cookies were old and the staff was not friendly. Have come here several times and the experience has consistently been poor.

🚨I didn’t get my refund back !! They couldn’t do the extra stuff to the cake do to copyright and I never got my refund back when I called to ask they said it will take 14 days 14 days past and still no refund.

Went into the store after lunch today and tried to order a cookie cake for the next day! Was told it wouldn’t be ready until after 5:30pm, which would’ve been over 24 hours notice. Horrible customer service from staff.

I love this place!!! It's nostalgic...it's great for a quick snack...it's great for a BIRTHDAY cookie! I love their red velvet brownies! I love their cookies! I just live everything they have! Check them out if you haven't already.

Wow was the service so nice and a sweet blonde girl with glasses took my order for a cake and I got it the next day on time for my sister's birthday!

Got some cookies for my kids and they were delicious! The staff were so sweet as well.

Tried to get a cookie cake today and was told they didn't have any more cooked and the decorator was about to leave and the earliest could get one was almost 3 hours from now. I worked for great American cookies years ago and know this should never be the case. And am very disappointed that I got to go to another location to get one.
