My daughter's name was clearly typed on the online order form yet it was still misspelled on her birthday cake. Mistakes happen. My wife didn't notice upon pick up, yes her mistake. I call to ask how we can fix the problem. I speak to a young man who repeats my concern then a female voice from the background uttered that it is "approved upon pick up, that is why we show them to people, there is nothing we can do". I called yesterday because I was having issues with my order at a different location. They were so accommodating and had my cake ready on time today at a last minute notice. I got to chat with the GM and decorator while they finished up my cake, and they were both so nice! I will absolutely be using this location for all future orders!
ordered 4 days in advance. Not ready, not decorated. no apologize or anything
