I called yesterday because I was having issues with my order at a different location. They were so accommodating and had my cake ready on time today at a last minute notice. I got to chat with the GM and decorator while they finished up my cake, and they were both so nice! I will absolutely be using this location for all future orders!
I have always loved these cookies and cookie cakes. Yesterday, I stopped by the store at Parkway Place, on my way home from work. Excellent service, with friendly staff. I didn’t realize I’d left my debit card, until I saw the staff member flagging me down in the parking lot. Many kudos to her. I was very thankful.
I put in an order on Monday to pick up on Tuesday evening. I needed to pick it up 2 hours early and they said it was ok. I gave them a theme and let them create their own image. OMG! It was the best cake ever. They nailed it and everyone loves it so much. Thank you to the max and I'll be ordering from you again
